An investigation is being conducted by the Albertville Police Department into a shooting that occurred on Monday night and resulted in the death of a man.
in approximately 9:45 p.m., the event occurred in an apartment complex that was located close. Richard Hemby, a resident of Guntersville, has been recognized as the victim by the Alberville Police Department following the investigation.
However, despite the fact that the gunman has cooperated with the authorities, there have been no arrests made in connection with the case whatsoever.
